after which provided adequate resources, autonomy and support for me to find success.

So, what came of the client-retention problem mentioned in the dedication?
Ultimately, I designed an employee training and development program.
Almost a decade later, my career experiences continue to reinforce that
no matter the "big hairy problem," the solutioning process is fundamentally the same be relentlessly user centric and passionate about ever-better experiences.
